CEDAP MamaCare telehealth service allows you to connect with healthcare professionals through secure video or audio calls. You can receive consultations, advice, and follow-ups without needing to visit a clinic in person

We provide a wide range of services including general health consultations, antenatal and postnatal care, adolescent health support, medication reviews, and mental health first response.

Yes. We strictly follow doctor–patient confidentiality standards. All your consultations are private and secure, with no recordings made without your consent.

No. Telehealth is designed for non-emergency care. In case of a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number immediately.

You can schedule an appointment online through our website. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a Zoom link sent directly to your email or phone.

After completing your prepaid appointment, a secure Zoom link will be generated and sent to your email and/or phone number.

We accept mobile money (m-pesa), debit/credit cards, and online banking. Payments must be made in advance to confirm your appointment.

If you miss your scheduled session, you can reschedule within 24 hours at no extra charge. Missed sessions without notice may require a new booking.
